I found this very easy to use, and it was very easy to send the results to my GP. I have overcome my white-coat phobia with it!
I am really finding the Qardio arm perfect to monitor my health. However I cannot find an explanation of some of the icons such ad. Red heart that occasionally pops up. a small chart showing icons and meanings would be great. I have struggled to find my way around the graphs but the reading is easy simple to use
I’ve never looked forward to taking my blood pressure, but now I do! Now it’s incredibly easy to keep records on my heart rate and blood pressure at various times during the day.
I’m not sure if it’s 100% accurate I followed up with my doctor to check my blood pressure and compare it to the cardio. They tell me my blood pressure is fine although cardio shows me being mildly high?
